Ingredients
- 2 oz butter
- 8 oz icing sugar
- 3 oz coconut
- 1 tbsp water
- 6 oz chocolate
Instructions
- Remove butter from fridge in advance to soften.
- Cream butter and icing sugar.
- Add coconut and water.
- Roll into balls and place on greaseproof paper lined tray.
- Place in fridge for ½ hour.
- Dip balls in melted chocolate - use small Pyrex.
