Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 oz butter
  • 8 oz icing sugar
  • 3 oz coconut
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 6 oz chocolate

Instructions

  1. Remove butter from fridge in advance to soften.
  2. Cream butter and icing sugar.
  3. Add coconut and water.
  4. Roll into balls and place on greaseproof paper lined tray.
  5. Place in fridge for ½ hour.
  6. Dip balls in melted chocolate - use small Pyrex.
