Ingredients

• 4 oz butter
• 1 teacup milk or water
• 2 lb caster (?) sugar
• 1 tin condensed milk

Instructions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add in milk and sugar and bring to boil stirring continuously.
2. Add condensed milk and bring to boil.
3. Boil for 15 minutes stirring continuously.
4. Remove from heat and place on protected surface and beat for 5 minutes until tablet sets.
5. Pour into greased swiss roll tin approx 7” x 11”.
6. Cut when starts to cool.
