Sultana Cake

- Cooking Time: 2 hours 20 minutes /1 hour 5 minutes
- Oven Temperature: gas 3 - middle
- Makes: 1 round tin / 2 loaf tins
Ingredients
- 8 oz margarine
- 8 oz caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz plain flour
- 1 oz self-raising flour
- 12 oz sultanas
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Sift flour.
- Add sultanas.
- Put in double-lined (greaseproof and brown paper) cake tin.
- After baked, leave in tin for ½ hour to cool.
